Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager, fully remote in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end revenue cycle for both private-pay and insurance clients
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client billing inquiries and disputes
• Manage and develop a team of billing specialists, setting performance goals and accountability standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, billing, or accounts receivable (healthcare preferred)
• Proven experience managing insurance billing processes
• Strong leadership skills with direct management experience of billing/AR staff
• Experience with ERP and billing systems (NetSuite, Power BI, or similar a plus)
