Key Responsibilities

• Direct financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while managing client relationships
• Support client leadership with strategic financial advice and manage external relationships

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in a financial role, with at least 3+ years as a CFO
• Experience with Venture- and Private Equity-backed companies
• Strong understanding of equity and debt financing
• Proven track record in financial modeling and budgeting processes
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, preferably with global experience
