- Solid experience in hotel or lodging revenue management, including demand forecasting and pricing strategy
- Experience in customer-facing roles, building rapport and influencing decisions
- Analytical skills to dive into performance data and make actionable recommendations
- Ability to drive commercial outcomes such as renewals and account expansion
