Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Support Specialist to support commercial and financial teams in a remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal contracts and support sales with quotes and dashboards
- Oversee customer invoicing, payment collection, and cash application processes
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities
Required Qualifications
- BS or BA in Computer Science, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in CRM Administration, preferably Zoho
- 1-2 years' experience in commercial sales and service organizations
- Experience with customer contract administration
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems (ISO 13485:2016 is a plus)
