Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner Virtual Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform
• Collaborate with a team to provide holistic, evidence-based care to patients aged 18 months and above
• Evaluate patients and provide healthcare education and counseling while documenting care in an EHR

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Completion of a Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification
• Unrestricted license with the ability to obtain multi-state/compact privileges
• Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• High School Diploma or GED is required
