Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver RISC-V IP products
• Oversee planning, execution, and guiding complex projects from concept to deployment
• Collaborate with sales, product, and application engineers to ensure customer success

Required Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Deep expertise in CPU architecture, SoC integration, and design/verification methodologies
• Proven track record of design or DV ownership and leading engineering teams
• Strong ability to align teams and influence organizational objectives
• Hands-on experience with IP packaging, delivery workflows, and customer enablement
