Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Coding Project Manager to oversee auditing functions and ensure coding compliance in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a quality assurance program and monitor coding compliance and accuracy
• Educate internal and external stakeholders on improvement opportunities discovered during audits
• Report findings to leadership and assist in developing training programs for correct coding practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 3-5 years of related work experience with a minimum of 5 years in risk adjustment coding
• Expert knowledge of Risk Adjustment
• Experience overseeing remote operations
• Strong managerial, financial, and analytical skills
• Proven success in complex and ambiguous environments
