Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Content TL to join our team.

  • Create and execute CRM content strategies across email, push, SMS, and in-app
  • Optimize content using performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, etc.)
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across all CRM communication channels
  • Collaborate with CRM marketers, analysts, designers, and product teams
  • Build a library of templates and automated lifecycle campaigns
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, formats, and copy
  • Monitor competitors and apply relevant best practices
  • Lead and manage a team of copywriters (hiring, tasks, quality control)

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of iGaming experience with a focus on CRM content
  • Strong knowledge of slots, live casino, bonus systems, and wagering mechanics
  • Fluent in English (C1 level or higher)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with a strong focus on performance and results

Nice to Have

  • Experience in multi-brand casino environments with varied audiences
  • Familiarity with gamification mechanics and player segmentation
  • Collaboration experience with retention, VIP, and product marketing teams
  • Understanding of compliance across regulated markets (MGA, Curacao, UKGC)
  • Experience with copy localization and managing multilingual CRM content
  • A/B testing experience with basic skills in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with dynamic content tools and real-time CRM personalization
  • Interest in iGaming trends, player behavior psychology, and retention strategies
