Key Responsibilities

• Contact providers and attorneys to clarify documentation for Medicare Set-Aside allocations
• Create customized correspondence for providers to facilitate the preparation of Medicare Set-Asides
• Review and analyze documentation from providers to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Active unrestricted RN license issued in a state or territory of the United States required
• Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
• Ability to maintain accurate records and document information clearly
• Strong customer service orientation
