Job Summary

A company is looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and LCM processes
• Review, guide, and enforce code quality standards for scalable implementations
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience, including Java, Beanshell, and XML coding
• Proven track record of developing workflows, LCM provisioning processes, and complex rules in IIQ
• Experience with application onboarding and connector development
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC)
• Ability to mentor junior team members and lead code reviews
