Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Lead to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Centralized Administrative Accounting Transaction System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and customization of cloud-based applications on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Establish and adhere to software quality best practices, conducting code reviews and ensuring high standards
• Collaborate with teams to deliver features within Agile sprints, ensuring compliance with VA security and privacy standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certifications required
• 8+ years of experience in cloud application development, focusing on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Proven expertise in Salesforce development and cloud integration, with experience in CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with VA security standards and the VIP Lean-Agile framework is highly desirable
