Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Architect specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with required experience in Legal and Litify.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring compliance and scalability
• Conduct gap analysis and oversee data transformation efforts to enhance process efficiency and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the Salesforce platform meets organizational needs and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with hands-on solution design and integration expertise
• Litify experience is required, along with knowledge of legal case management workflows
• Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data migration
• Salesforce Architect and/or Developer certifications preferred
