A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who will serve as a liaison between the program and IT teams to ensure seamless process workflows and effective data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business needs by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across various programs
- Conduct complex analyses of program and industry data to support business proposals and operational improvements
- Manage program data through variance analysis and reconciliations, while tracking project progress and reporting status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 4 years in an Analyst role
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis
- Experience with Salesforce, specifically in building custom reports
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including XLOOKUP and Power Query
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours as needed
