Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce implementation focusing on Experience Cloud, Sales, and Service Cloud
• Assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions
• Utilize knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks to enhance project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in information technologies and systems analysis
• Strong knowledge of business processes and how software applications support them
• Experience with SAP S4 in the SD area is a plus
• Familiarity with PriceFx is considered an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Teams
