Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Project Manager / Business Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables align with strategic goals
- Serve as the primary liaison between the technical team, client, and senior leadership, providing regular updates and progress reports
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and work closely with the development team to resolve challenges
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce
- Proven experience managing Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and Salesforce tools (e.g., Flow, Reports, Dashboards)
