Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-phase Salesforce program from planning through go-live and optimization
• Serve as the strategic and delivery point-of-contact across teams, stakeholders, and partners
• Drive program governance through project plans, risk management, and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of program or senior-level project management experience in digital transformation or CRM-focused environments
• 3+ years managing Salesforce-related programs across at least three Salesforce clouds
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery lifecycles
• Strong stakeholder management experience in business and technical contexts
• Experience delivering within Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall frameworks
