Job Summary
A company is looking for an SAP Hire-to-Retire (H2R) Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fit-gap analyses to identify transformation opportunities and minimize system customizations
- Support the design and configuration of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Benefits
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with related areas such as Payroll, Finance, and Security
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Benefits
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA HCM solution design and configuration
- Strong understanding of the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and HR process standardization best practices
- Experience supporting business process transformation efforts within federal, DoD, or government-regulated environments
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project delivery using tools like JIRA and Confluence
