Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefit Risk Management Lead in Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product groups in ongoing benefit-risk management and safety assessments for oncology products
• Monitor and manage the benefit-risk profile of assigned products, leading cross-functional teams
• Produce high-quality aggregate safety reports and ensure effective communication of clinical safety risks

Required Qualifications

• MD degree or equivalent (e.g., DO or MB)
• Significant experience in safety surveillance, signal monitoring, and regulatory interactions
• Strong experience with major regulatory agencies and knowledge of oncology drug development
• Proven leadership within a matrix organization and effective communication skills
• Technical expertise in pharmacovigilance and clinical safety
