A company is looking for a Seasonal Document Management Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the intake and imaging process of paper documents, including batching, scanning, and indexing into an electronic document management system
- Process electronic records through a case system, maintain checklists, and download documents from third-party vendors
- Support mail intake and distribution, meet productivity metrics, and ensure compliance with university records management policies
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience required
- Prior experience scanning documents and working with a content or case management system
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred
