Job Summary
A company is looking for a Seasonal Sales Quality Assurance Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales quality monitoring assessments of sales agents and document results
- Report QA results to Sales and Quality management teams and participate in discussions with carrier partners
- Assist in retrieving call recordings and provide summaries of findings within established timeframes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in call center or Medicare industries
- Knowledge of risk assessment concepts
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Team player willing to share best practices and assist peers
