Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for engineering quality, reliability, and internal tooling
• Lead the Quality Engineering organization and establish best practices in testing, automation, and CI/CD
• Oversee Technical Operations to ensure quick triage and resolution of customer-reported issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Deep experience running Quality/Test Engineering teams
• Proven success leading engineering organizations across multiple domains
• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on capabilities
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation for reliability at scale
