Seasonal Tax Team Lead EA/CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tax Lead EA/CPA for a remote seasonal position.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and motivation to a remote team to achieve program goals
• Monitor and support the tax support communication channels, offering accurate information and timely responses
• Address and resolve customer-facing issues and escalations, ensuring documentation of interactions for coaching purposes

Required Qualifications

• Active credential as an Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or practicing attorney with an active PTIN
• 1+ years of experience in a remote supervisory role leading teams of 5 or more tax professionals
• 2+ years of experience preparing and filing individual (1040) tax returns in a professional setting
• Strong technical skills in tax software and Microsoft 365 applications
• A dedicated workspace with a hard-wired Ethernet connection and personal computer
