Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager, Security Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive GRC frameworks aligned with industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments, compliance audits, and manage vendor security evaluations
• Embed GRC controls in the software development lifecycle and automate compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GRC frameworks such as NIST and ISO standards
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams in a remote setting
• Experience in IT risk, compliance, audit, and policy management
• Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
• Experience managing frameworks in a multi-cloud environment is a plus
