Staff Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Security Engineer, Product Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform secure design reviews, testing, and code reviews of new systems and product features
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain tools to secure code and underlying systems
• Establish and manage a vulnerability management lifecycle for applications, ensuring timely detection and remediation of security vulnerabilities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application/product security with deep knowledge of web application technologies
• Proven experience in building and automating security processes
• In-depth knowledge of common application & network protocols, cryptography, and security threats
• Strong experience coding and reviewing code in Java, Python, or Golang
• Bonus if experienced in AWS and deploying infrastructure as code
