Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Engineer on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete tasks in assigned projects related to information security operations
• Contribute to security operations and engineering, ensuring the integrity of critical applications
• Provide 24/7 support for critical security incidents and assist in continuous improvement of security tooling and processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology or applicable experience
• 5+ years of experience in information security operations
• 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) and O365 services
• Related certifications (e.g., GSEC, CISSP, GIAC, AWS) preferred
• Extensive experience with security technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, WAF, SEIM, and SOAR
