Senior Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Application Analyst - Ambulatory (Remote based in the US).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance for ambulatory applications
• Perform troubleshooting of complex issues related to system functionality and data integrity
• Communicate with vendors and support services to install and support systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience providing direct application support in a healthcare environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills in resolving end-user issues and workflow problems
• Minimum 2 years of direct customer service experience
• Understanding of software architecture and vendor relationship management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
