Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Operations Lead who will be responsible for managing user access, licensing, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Managed Service Providers to implement and manage Microsoft 365 services
- Administer user identities, licenses, and configurations across Microsoft 365 and other SaaS platforms
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and act as an escalation point for vendor-supported services
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience supporting cloud-based applications in a remote or hybrid environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and user/license management
- Proven experience with Entra ID
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and vendor coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience
