Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business System Analyst II to develop ServiceNow strategies and solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify and validate business requirements and objectives
• Conduct requirements-gathering sessions and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Document workflows and provide mentorship to team members while promoting process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 7 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of total IT experience
• Experience as a Process Owner or Product Owner in a ServiceNow environment
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Conversational familiarity with ITIL
• Proven ability to elicit project and system requirements effectively
