Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Capital Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage capitalized asset lifecycles, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposal
• Prepare and review capital financial reports and perform month-end close activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and support internal and external audits related to capital expenditures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a senior accounting role
• Knowledge of internally developed software accounting rules
• Experience in a fast-paced accounting department of a publicly traded corporation
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles (GAAP)
