Senior Accountant with CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the month-end closing process and enhance accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end close processes and record journal entries; review entries prepared by Staff Accountants
• Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts, investigating discrepancies as needed
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and assist with external audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of experience in corporate and/or public accounting
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting tools
• Experience managing priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
