Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Admissions Advisor to assist adult learners in achieving their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through their decision-making process and communicate the university's value proposition
• Document and track student interactions and maintain relationships to ensure a smooth enrollment process
• Assist in new hire training and mentor fellow admission advisors to improve performance and knowledge

Required Qualifications

• An earned bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• At least one year of experience as an Admissions Advisor or Success Coach
• Must be in good standing in performance evaluations
• Outgoing personality with a desire to encourage others to succeed
• Ability to lead change effectively
