Senior AI Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a GenAI Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI and ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for enterprise applications
• Lead the adoption of large language models and define best practices for model training and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business workflows

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision
• Hands-on experience with large language models and fine-tuning custom models
• Experience with MLOps tools like Kubeflow, MLflow, and cloud platforms for AI/ML workloads
• Proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Knowledge of AI security, privacy frameworks, and regulatory compliance
