Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with production AI systems such as Search, Ranking, or generative AI products
• Experience in the full lifecycle of early-phase AI development from ideation to production
• Ability to connect modeling tasks with business value through deep product knowledge
• Experience with tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Databricks, AWS Bedrock, or Azure ML
• Relevant advanced degree (master's or PhD) in Machine Learning, AI, Statistics, or related field is advantageous
