Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Network Operations Manager and engineering teams for service delivery
• Oversee activation and maintenance of broadband, Ethernet, and transport networks
• Develop operational strategies to enhance network performance and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 15+ years of experience in network operations, with at least 10 years in management
• Strong technical knowledge of broadband, Ethernet, and transport technologies
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects
• Project management experience in telecommunications is a plus
