Senior Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to engage with enterprise customers and drive technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose customer technical and business pain points and confirm desired future states
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and lead workshops to validate solution fit with business objectives
• Document customer insights for smooth onboarding and identify upselling opportunities to enhance platform usage

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a technical role with enterprise customers, such as Solution Architect or Sales Engineer
• Strong experience in solution selling and overcoming technical objections
• Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Cloud Data Platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)
• In-depth understanding of relational and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies and technical problem-solving
