Required Qualifications

• Background in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
• Proven experience in product management, including writing specifications and guiding cross-functional teams
• Skilled in crisis communication, capable of writing clear and empathetic messages under pressure
• Adept at root cause analysis and structured reporting
• Strong hands-on experience with AI tools for various tasks
