Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Architect III to work on a high-profile web application project within the Child Care and Child Welfare section of DCF.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop both front-end and back-end components of web applications
• Conduct requirements analysis, testing, and participate in interactive code reviews
• Implement secure authentication flows and manage sensitive APIs using access tokens

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with OIDC and identity/access management platforms like Okta
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC with C#, WebAPI, and SQL Server
• Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and continuous integration platforms
• Experience in modernizing legacy applications and working with various databases
• Knowledge of DCF programs and prior experience with the Wisconsin CARES system is preferred
