Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst to join a case team, supporting management in providing superior client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the work of junior analysts and manage a full case load, proactively identifying issues and collaborating with leadership for solutions
  • Manage cases to meet project requirements and deadlines, ensuring high-quality execution and collaboration across the business
  • Handle escalated claim inquiries, communicate findings, and assist in developing business rules for claims processing and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or comparable work experience required
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims administration or a closely related field
  • Experience working effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Understanding of data sets and data management concepts required
