A company is looking for a Senior Analyst to join a case team, supporting management in providing superior client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the work of junior analysts and manage a full case load, proactively identifying issues and collaborating with leadership for solutions
- Manage cases to meet project requirements and deadlines, ensuring high-quality execution and collaboration across the business
- Handle escalated claim inquiries, communicate findings, and assist in developing business rules for claims processing and documentation
Required Qualifications
- College degree or comparable work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in claims administration or a closely related field
- Experience working effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Understanding of data sets and data management concepts required
