Senior Analyst - Payor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Payor to manage data analysis and deliver actionable insights for Payor Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data analysis initiatives supporting Payor Operations, from scoping to insight delivery
• Design and improve data structures and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support business decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in relevant analytics or analytics engineering roles
• Degree in statistics, computer science, applied math, business, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience with insurance-specific data, including claims data and market rate analysis
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau)
• Experience in a high-growth environment or digital healthcare is a plus
