Senior Manager, Clinical Data Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Data Systems (SDTM) to oversee clinical data management and technology implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple therapeutic areas and oversee technology evaluations for performance improvement
• Create an environment that attracts and retains talent, while ensuring continuous process improvement
• Provide strategic direction and guidance to staff, managing cross-functional initiatives and performance assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science, life sciences, or equivalent; Master's preferred
• 8+ years of experience in clinical database design or 9+ years in a similar technical or clinical development environment
• Intermediate SAS and/or SQL programming skills with expert knowledge of database concepts
• In-depth knowledge of CDASH and SDTM standards and clinical trial processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and mentor in a matrix environment
