Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic prospect management and annual portfolio reviews for fundraising priorities

• Identify new prospects for major gifts using data mining and monitoring philanthropic news

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and knowledge of prospect research resources
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise judgment in professional settings
