Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports on public filings and support internal and external reviews
• Work extensively in Workiva to prepare and manage SEC filings, including earnings releases
• Analyze and review data from outside auditors to support accurate financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting or High School Diploma/GED with 9-11 years of experience
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• Experience in Finance or Accounting is required
• Expertise in Excel and Workiva
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
