Senior Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analytics Manager, Business Intelligence (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy and Business Intelligence function, partnering with stakeholders across departments
• Develop and maintain self-service tools for data-driven decision-making and drive the creation of new insights
• Shape and execute the broader data strategy, ensuring data accessibility, reliability, and compliance with HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business and data analytics
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Math, Economics, Computer Science, or Statistics
• Hands-on experience with modern data stacks and data visualization tools
• Proven experience leading a Business Intelligence function
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and demonstrated project management experience
