Senior Architectural Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Architectural Project Manager - Data Center Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, clarifying program requirements and adapting to shifting priorities
• Manage the production of construction documents and uphold design standards and quality benchmarks
• Oversee construction administration tasks, including responding to RFIs and coordinating with authorities for code compliance

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (required)
• 15-20 years of experience in architectural practice, with 10-15 years managing client programs
• Minimum 10 years of experience with data center projects, including tenant improvements and ground-up designs
• Proficiency in Revit and experience with BIM 360 cloud-shared models
• Strong working knowledge of building, fire, and energy codes
