Senior Associate Accounting Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Outsourced Accounting Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger and process accounts payable
• Handle payroll processing and tax reporting, along with bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and management reports, providing on-site or remote accounting support

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or three years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
• QuickBooks ProAdvisor designation is a plus
