Senior AWS Connect Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AWS Connect Engineer & Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale AWS Connect transformations and omnichannel platforms
• Develop enterprise-grade CloudFormation/Terraform modules and CI/CD pipelines for contact center deployments
• Implement observability strategies and custom monitoring solutions for enterprise contact center ecosystems

Required Qualifications

• Masters or Engineering degree
• 13-15 years of total experience, with 3-5 years in AWS Connect implementations
• Strong expertise in contact center concepts and large-scale migrations
• Experience with Amazon Connect APIs, advanced contact flows, and custom integrations
• DevOps experience with Infrastructure as Code implementations and CI/CD pipeline architecture
