Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify merchant pain points and consult on the value of the company's products
• Provide technical expertise and guide merchants through the integration process
• Collaborate with the Product team to identify feature enhancements based on market insights

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a merchant-facing role with a complex API product, preferably in payments
• Comfortable implementing frontend SDKs in web or mobile environments
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead integrations involving multiple teams
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to unique merchant needs
• Experience working in a fast-paced and scaling environment
