Senior Azure Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Azure Data Engineer to design and optimize cloud-based data solutions in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Azure data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory
• Build and optimize Azure SQL databases and analytics models for healthcare programs
• Implement ETL/ELT processes and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a data engineer or analytics engineer, preferably in federal healthcare or regulated environments
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance (FedRAMP, HIPAA, FISMA)
