Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer, Activation and Engagement Server (Growth).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build highly available backend services for seller onboarding and engagement
• Develop scalable distributed systems to manage millions of seller interactions while ensuring reliability
• Lead cross-team technical initiatives and mentor engineers through the feature lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building Java/Kotlin microservices and APIs
• Expertise in distributed systems design and event-driven architectures
• Strong API design skills for both internal and external consumption
• Experience with production ownership and operational excellence in high-traffic environments
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices
