Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Specialist to enhance its revenue operations infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process for customer accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition
• Oversee collections efforts, resolve disputes, and improve payment cycles

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or revenue operations, preferably in a SaaS or fintech environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
• Proficient in billing systems and invoicing workflows, with experience in ERP/CRM platforms like NetSuite or Salesforce
• Knowledge of ASC 606 and experience with contract review for revenue treatment
• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets for billing analysis and reconciliation
